I would suggest that it falls into the category of postal history? It has a stamp and a postmark so I would think it would be of interest to a collector specialising in "military" postal items....

I dont know if you noticed that it is a stamp printed on the letterhead not an actual stamp

I did notice that. The fact that there is a pre-printed stamp, has a postmark, and has been through a postal system would qualify the item as "postal history". I see one even has a "censored" stamp on it which would make it more interesting. I am not too sure, but I thing the printing of the stamp was the way bulk posting was done by government departments.

Best bet would be to scan a couple of them and email them to experts such as Philatelic Friends or Sandton Stamps and Coins.

Regards

A lot of people do collect these, they could be classified as either military or philatelic items.

They were used as is or by sticking on extra stamps, thus making them more interesting.

If I were selling these, I would list them either under Stamps FDCS or Militaria Documents/Letters.
