I received the below from 2 different courier services not sure what alternatives if they do not want to SURE certain items listed below

The safe handling of your goods is always a main focus and primary concern. This email serves as a friendly reminder that there are some items that our courier partners unfortunately cannot take responsibility for under any circumstances, even if insurance has been specified. These include:

Bank and treasury notes

Bullion, cash, deeds, silver nuggets, Kruger Rand coins, precious metals

Jewellery (of any nature)

Valuables / precious stones / pearls / gold / silver and similar

Cellphones 

Goods with a value exceeding the limited liability offered by each courier
