Not Receiving any emails from Bid or Buy

Dazzling Delights

Since Yesterday  (Friday 4 March), I have not been receiving any emails from Bid or Buy. No bid notifications, item sold notifications, nothing at all. It is not on my side as I am receiving emails from all other senders, only Bid or Buy emails not being received. Seller notifications are turned on in BoB settings.

Is anyone else having this same issue?

@Craig Can Bid or Buy please assist in resolving or advise if the problem is known and ETA for resolving the issue?

Hi, I confirm, we are getting emails from Bidorbuy evening this morning - we use Gmail

Could be a problem / delay with your email server

 

I am sure Bidorbuy team can assist further in resolving the issue for you.

I am also using Gmail and have not gotten any emails since yesterday. All other communications besides from Bid or Buy are being received without any issues so definitely not a problem on my side

@Craig Is is possible that you can please assist? As of today I am still not receiving any emails from Bid or Buy. Since Friday I have not received a single email from Bid or Buy. Emails from all other hosts coming through without any issues.

I am using gmail. I am subscribed to all seller notification emails in BoB settings. I have checked spam and all other folders and there are no emails from BoB. I have also checked blacklist/blocked email addresses and BoB is not blocked on my gmail server side.

I am also getting the same issue. Apparently there is an open ticket where a consultant Mellissa has been trying to email me but due to your IT issues she suspends may account due to non reply to her email. Can some one get back to me ASAP as this is pathetic now and Melissia lacks professional courtesy as well as she could have quite easily phoned me. I think she tried once yesterday during lunch time. I also submitted a ticket this morning at around 4:30am to resolve the issue but have not received any ticket number or reply from Bidorbuy to acknowledge the ticket.
