Why are Items that closed weeks ago still listed on BidorBuy?

For example, this item ...

https://old.bidorbuy.co.za/item/526879767/Southern_Rhodesia_George_V_Certified_Proof_coin_THREE_PENCE_1932_PR64_NGC_rere_coin.html

... is still listed on BidorBuy as if is still available - right at the top under premium listings.

Here is another one right at the top of all listings under the coins category  on BidorBuy ...

https://old.bidorbuy.co.za/item/526879548/Southern_Rhodesia_George_V_Certified_Proof_coin_HALF_CROWN_1932_PR63_NGC_rere_coin.html

Both items (and there are more) actually closed (sold) on the 25th of August - more than a month ago but they are still listed ...

Must we now compete in our listings in terms of enhancement fees paid, to non-existent ghost listings that are listed "above" ours, but actually sold many weeks ago and are not available anymore?

Seeds and All

There seems to be a disconnect between the Bid or Buy marketing team and the sellers on the site. They seem to "blindly" pick listings to enhance, at no additional fee to the seller. (Probably to encourage other sellers to enhance their listings in those categories in order to remain visible...)

We've been waiting for more than a week for one of the marketing team members to contact us regarding items of ours that they enhanced in their spring catalogue, without our permission or knowledge. One of the items they enhanced in their spring catalogue was seeds that are meant to be sown in autumn which puts us in a bad light! On one of these we were actually charged R 10.00 enhancement fees even though we never agreed to those advertising fees.

Last year, between November and December, they enhanced several of our listings at no fee but neglected to inform us of it and then edited the listings to not relist after the closing period. It took us 2 months to figure out what went wrong and why those items never relisted and were closed!

Surely there must be a better way of involving sellers on Bid or Buy in the process of deciding which items get advertised.

This screen shot was taken today 30 September 2021 of the TOP listings (first page) of the coin category - see the "top" coins - they actually all closed (sold) a month ago already!

Good day Pierre_Henri

Hope you are well. Please note that I have sent through the details to our Tech department to look into the matter. When looking at the issue the closed listings only displays on the old site and not the new site.

Thank you very much. Have a great day and be safe.

Thank you Tash

May I suggest that you do not refer to it as the  "old" site.

That is the ONLY site that many of us top sellers use.

The latest version is practically unusable for many sellers.

Kind regards

Pierre
