I have never harassed your staff with double charging (BidorBuy ) fees on buyers who never paid or cancelled their orders.I accepted the double charges for postage etc and moved on... FOR YEARS !!  That is about to change and become a rude wake-up-call to you for how you treat your sellers !!

There are actually too many, going back approx 6-7yrs.  I therefore intend to simply just leave things as they are. No hassles from me :)
