Not receiving emails

Since around 01:00 AM today I have not been receiving emails from Bid or Buy regarding payments received, closed items, etc. My email notifications on my account is set to notify me with all activity.

I have been receiving all the promotional emails but none of the ones used to manage my items.

I have spoken to my service provider who sent through a scout report which indicates that none of these emails were received by their server.

Kindly look into this as a matter of urgency as I depend on the email notifications received from Bid or Buy to efficiently run my online sales.
