Seeds and All 35 Posted January 13, 2021 When I send an answer to a buyer it takes out all the species between sentences, links, etc. This makes it impossible to properly communicate with potential buyers. When I reported this to Nape I was asked to resend the link without any communication from my side!!! Surely the Bid or Buy staff could have contacted the buyer directly and sent the proper link to the buyer on behalf of Seeds and All. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Seeds and All 35 Posted December 9, 2021 (edited) Again... I cannot see why my answer needed to be flagged by the system. Sellers are loosing big sales while Bid or Buy is afraid of loosing commission. Your strict rules are chasing good sellers, who have ALWAYS ONLY TRADED ON BID OR BUY, away! Once we leave we may not come back. I have always prided myself on being a responsive seller. Why does Bid or Buy no longer include the question in the email notifications being sent to sellers? Increase your chance of a sale by responding promptly. The bidorbuy message facility is a private and safe way for buyers and sellers to communicate."
