01Bargain_Hunter 1 Posted May 25, 2020 Hi I am trying to upload products via the bulkload tool but keep getting the same error, ( there was a problem, please try again later). Then tried the old site and get this error (The number of fields in the CSV file doesn't correspond with a supported version of the Trade Bulkloader) I can't seem to find the issue and BOB is not helping. 01Bargain_Hunter 1 Posted May 26, 2020 I raised this issue with them about a week ago already. First they said try the old site, that didn't work got the error message as above, then they said try the new bulkload template, also did't work. Now i am waiting to find out what to do next. The issue is the response time, it takes days before anybody gets back to you. Considering that it's the sellers that basically keeps the place afloat, you would think that the customer service would be lightning fast. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
