My son and his wife will probably be infected before they travel

It is in his building at Canary Wharf (Credit Suisse )and his wife's building (Barclays bank )

I am very worried☹️What worries me more than anything he is  training everyday for the

two Oceans in Cape Town and what if he is incubating and does not know it?

It could harm his health

He has been a runner all his life and is a runnerholic --total addiction

My runnerholic told me last night on skype that he will be running his marathon of 56km on his own with his coach

on 11th April in London

I am beginning to think I was a terrible mother---do it or else

Little bugger has probably already had the virus and sweated it out

Healthy person active in running, with better immune system would have chased the Virus away.

Someone said something to me today that I would not have thought of

If someone sneezes and it falls on the ground we can walk in it and take it into our homes

so we should sterilize  our shoes. When I repeated this to hubby and suggested he  should stop wearing slipslops he said

"I am not doing this anymore"😆😂

All tinned food that comes into the house gets quarantined for five days because  we do not know

how many people touched the tin.

I cook from scratch and the only veg we eat frozen are peas but to  alliviate having to go to the shops I have stocked up,cooked and frozen everything

Best is to keep 2 set of sandals / shoes. The one we use outside the house must stay outside at entrance to house. The other can be used in side.

When swapping sandals wash your feet.

Even better avoid going out until this pandemic resolves itself.

Cooking from scratch is best and the heat kills the virus.

Not the right time to go on a holiday. Sorry for them.

I also saw on youtube yesterday another MSC cruise left from Durban yesterday or day before. Wrong move.

I begged and pleaded for them to cancel but they work so hard and were looking forward to a break

My sister is a devout christian and just prays and prays.

G*O*D has never let her down--nor me

One of the BOB customers came to collect an item and did elbow greeting suggested by president.

I am going to stop all personal collections and only keep couriers.

We spent a mid-week at Mykonos on the West Coast last week and I took a coin collection with me

for safety in case we had a break in .

I left it behind in the safe at Mykonos and had to use a courier to get it back to Cape Town.

I made him pop it in my own bag and the coin collection is in a wardrobe in quarantine .

I have gone bananas

My other son goes to the supermarket in the UK today and sees this guy (Obviously thinks it's not cool to be seen washing his hands)

Hides behind a bush and my son caught him on video.

Funny enough I had to go to the Supermarket today and armed with a bottle of water, soap and sanitizer

washed my hands before I drove off. Some guy saw me and said"This is nonsense"

Nevermind the mask and gloves I was wearing.
I do not trust anyone with my life right now.My husband is banned from the kitchen and gets his breakfast, tea, etc on order.

I saw him slip up today. He collected something from the gate with a glove on,forgot to take it off, then touched his nose.

Seperate bedrooms.

He sneezed three times earlier on.I am freaking out

those who say nonsense to Hygiene will feel sorry later.

Already I see roads are a little quieter than before.

I foresee problems if the situation intensifies and courier and postal services are not able to operate.

Absolutely, We wait for President's speech today.

If numbers increase situation will change. Not sure of immediate future.

Trade Route it seems the 2 of us are having a lekker 2 way conversation here but let us keep it going

so that any users who need to talk have somewhere to go.

It is very close to home now.

My Nephew and Niece attended a wedding in Cape Town and a guest has tested positive

so they are in isolation and are not allowed to go anywhere
