How long will OLD format be active ???

How long will OLD format be active, the response will assist in understanding how soon we need to learn / understand the new format.

Currently We are still using old format.

Hi @TradeRouteAuctions

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

At this stage we have not set a formal date for the old website to be retired. We will make sure that we let you and all our bidorbuy Sellers a month prior to the change so that you have enough time to get used to the new platform, but also don't lose out on any opportunities to sell in the meantime.

Please continue to send in your feedback and issues that you experience so we can make improvements for you.

When we add items to picklist for relist, it duplicates the listing. Is there an easy way to remove all old listings in picklist once off after relisting?

Currently we have to delete one by one.

1. The old layout had vertical and horizontal lines between listings

2. New layout has only horizontal lines

This is what makes the new format listings to look blank (more whitish background), can this vertical lines be incorporated to new layout

Forgive me if I have misunderstood you but the option to clear all items from the picklist is present in the top right hand corner. 

Is this what you are referring to?

Hi Dave, I am not talking about clearing PICKLIST, I am talking about > after the relist automatically picklist clears

However the original listing item we picked from still stays - meaning there will be duplicate listing

When downloading the picklist on to a csv file I just get a blank sheet as  below.  There are meant to be 84 lines with all the relevant details filled in. I also cannot see where one sets the dates and times on the picklist.

Thanks for the feedback.

This is being worked on by the team and should be fixed early next week.

For the time being please use the old site for generating bulkload CSV files.

Apologies for the inconvenience - we will let you know as soon as this is fixed.

Little Miss Muffet

I will understand why Bob changed to such an unfriendly user site.Baffles me.Sometimes we just need explanations for the actions they take.I think it is awful
