Darth Penguin 6 Posted November 13, 2019 Looks like a caching issue. I get a different error when I browser there, but if I open it in a private browsing window it seems fine. It didn't work for me but you can give it a try and see if it works. If you are using Chrome or a Chromium based browser (e.g. Brave) you can open the developer tools on the page (easiest is to right click and select "Inspect"/"Inspect element"). Now right click on the browsers reload button where you should get a clear cache option.

Darth Penguin 6 Posted November 18, 2019 Guys here have figured out that it is a cookie being dropped by the support system. It only affects a few people (which included a couple of us here) at the moment but there is a cumbersome less-than-ideal workaround you can try. First, got to https://support.bidorbuy.co.za/. You may notice that it adds a "/default" in the url, make sure it is not there. Right click anywhere and select "inspect" to open the developer tools. Under the Application tab you see a "storage" option on the left. Under cookies you'll see the https://support.bidorbuy.co.za domain. Select it. There you will see a "SWIFT_client" cookie with a value mentioning templategroupid. Right click and delete it and reload the page. I had to try it a few times for it to take effect. Click plus from any image in image carousel, it will be added to description. Not always in the place you want it is there in the end of description, but then we have to cut and paste where we want.
