It irritates me too. The guys doing it have been requested to look into adding a close button or something similar that will have a more permanent effect.

You can always use the https://m.bidorbuy.co.za/ version as an immediate solution. It doesn't include the popup.

It seems bidorbuy is always looking for new ways to annoy it's users...

I am sure it was well intended.

They should just give users the option to save as recently viewed, though.

I sent in a support request to get rid of it yesterday. It's driving me crazy!😡

It even appears on on your account history page?!

Probably the worst is that it appears in every upload window when you're adding pics. wtf? What genius thought that we'd want to see our previously viewed items with every pic that we load?????????????

It was OK the old way when it was at the bottom of the page but now appearing on the side of the screen it is right in one's eyeline. It doesn't help to close it because as soon as you change the page it just appears again. Yesterday I was editing listings by adding images and it even pops up within that small field where you add the images. (As mentioned in the comment above)

Another thing I notice is that it only happens in Chrome, it doesn't seem to be happening at all in Internet Explorer.

Happens in Firefox as well, ad nauseam...

Bidorbuy could you at least get rid of the popup when loading images asap. It's interfering with the download - we don't all have fibre in our areas yet.

They made config change. It should only display on home, product and category pages now.

Thanks so much! BTW users may have to delete their cache to get rid of it. I had to - using Firefox

Did not work for me, sadly. (Firefox)

Cleared my cache but still have those buggers appearing to the left of my screen.

Unfortunately after a couple of days of no pop ups this now appears to be back.
