Get It! 0 Posted August 13, 2018 Hi all. Please advise according to your understanding. A seller sells an item that is sealed in a box. Seller makes a sale, and the buyer pays for it. Seller then proceeds to open and inspect the product for compliance, but disappontedly finds the product to be not as desrcibed(a different product compared to the image and description). Seller then informs the buyer, and emails pictures of the product on hand. Buyer declines acceptance of the product. Seller then refunds the payment in full to the buyer into an account provided by the buyer. Seller then submits an SNC stating the facts above. My Question is: What should be the outcome of the SNC filed if the buyer has been refunded in these circumstances?
Darth Penguin 6 Posted August 13, 2018 Without human intervention in the process changing or intervening in the outcome: it will go against you (the seller) because you sold and item not as described.
