belix 10 Posted May 11, 2018 (edited) Hi all I'm a very low volume seller/buyer on Bob. I recently sold an used out of warranty iPhone. The phone was advertised with no guaranty. A month later, the seller called me up asking for assistance with an error he was having restoring a backup. I advised him as best I could. He called at a later date saying he was still having issues doing the restore. I advised him to visit an iStore to see if they could assist, as the error was not one I had encountered before. I have now had a few emails from Bob insisting I help him sort out the issue. While I'm happy to try and sort out the issue, I don't think it's my responsibility to sort any issue he has.
