Pity the staff is not very well trained and it takes ages to send a parcel through our local PEP stores. The cost is reasonable but it can take up to 9 working days to arrive on the other side.  One plus is that you as the seller are sent a Pin once the item arrives at the PEP collection store. You give this to your buyer so it prevents anyone else from stealing the parcel. You are then notified once they have collected as well.  If you have an hour to stand waiting for someone to arrange your parcel to be sent off, then this is a decent option.

I haven't tried PEP yet. Do they have an insurance policy?

Yes. I not much but good enough for most purposes. Better than Pargo.
