The World OnLine 10 Posted March 11, 2018 Hi, please consider adding a SNC reason and message for duplicate orders. At current, the only suitable option is "buyer and seller agree ...." The issue, nobody reads the notes we put in there, letting them know it is a duplicate order and their current order is underway. SNC - Duplicate order Message / email : To buyer The seller has detected that this order is a duplicate and filed cancellation thereof. This does not affect your current order and your account will NOT be tarnished in anyway.
