Rating for attention

Hi

This has been happening more and more lately with the peak shipping season that is slowing orders down.

I am a drop shipper on BoB and when i sell something before the client pay i explain to them the process, in the advert i explain that the item is coming from overseas and it will take a wile, if they have a problem or a question they must just email me but after sometimes just ten days or so they give you a negative rating saying that they did not receive the item. You mail them and explain the process again and they understand, but they never change the rating

This is 90% new users that dont understand the workings of BoB but now a potential buyer looks at your rating and just see red and thinks you are bad news, he does not take the time to click on the seller who rated and look a bit deeper into this
