Pending approval - 5 hours

I posted a picture of an one Rand note with a "mirror" serial number

Is this "pending approval" an once-off occurrence or will this be repeated with every picture posting?

I even tried to "report" my own posting ... with the following result.

It is fine if the serial number is visible as long as the "not legal tender" is there.
