Does anybody know this old tv show?

I recently found these three episodes of what looks like an interesting program in a second-hand store. The program is called Supertrain, and the episodes are on Betamax video cassettes[which I can't play as I don't have a Betamax video machine]. Does anybody know or remember this program, and if so, what did you think of it?
