TELKOM AND THE BLOOMING COMPUTER

Telkom dug up the road outside our house to lay new cables because my neighbour was having problems with his computer.

After they worked on these lines my phone was cracking and my internet was being interrupted time after time.

I would be loading something and have to do it all over again. 

I phoned telkom probably 15 times in the last 3 weeks asking them to fix this problem. I was having the same problem my neighbour had before they worked on the lines.

His internet was working and  when I spoke to him he said it took 7 months for them to correct the problem.

Nevertheless, my son knows someone who works for telkom and asked him for help. A technician was in the area and promptly repaired a wire that had broken.

My phone and internet are now back to normal.So as the old saying goes it's  who you know.
