Pierre_Henri 92 Posted July 10, 2017 (edited) It seems that "other" bidders cannot see the questions anymore. Is it now a private conversation between the seller and the person who asked the question? Edited July 10, 2017 by Pierre_Henri
PuMiX 11 Posted July 11, 2017 Hi Pierre_Henri After checking, all questions between sellers and buyers will be in private. Below is the message you will get when asking a seller a message via the Q&A facility: "This message facility is a private and safe way for buyers and sellers to communicate. Trying to bypass bidorbuy is against our terms of use."
Allstar 40 Posted August 1, 2017 Public Q&A on items was useful for sellers to clarify listing mistakes, or info that was left out, now that is not possible. If you have an auction that has already taken bids how can you modify the description or communicate to buyers info? Could there perhaps be an option like eBay has to make a question public if the seller desires?

DaveDave2013 9 Posted August 4, 2017 Hi All, Thank you for the suggestions - I will pass them on to the relevant parties and we will discuss the way forward. In terms of information that has been omitted from currently open auctions, if you need assistance with this please call the call centre on 0861 88 0861 and Customer Care will assist with the listing being edited. Please note, if the requested changes are major and impact on the accuracy of the listing the auction will be deleted and the item relisted so as to ensure that all buyers are aware of the change.
