under review because of dodgy buyer

i am under review because i did not refund a dodgy buyer after he sent back my NEW  item damaged dented and scratched - i refused to give a refund as my item was in a throw away condition. this dodgy buyer had a rating of 62% my rating in the 90 plus % after one neg rating from a new buyer and another neg rating from this dodgy buyer - seriously unfair from the bid or buy team.

 

seems there is no safety net for sellers only for dodgy buyers- so if i see a new item ,,, i can buy it - swop it with my old item and scream : seller sold me a used item... and bob just allows that - buyer can walk away with a brand new item,.... seriously sad from bobs side -

I agree with you totally on this. BOB seems to side with the buyers and the sellers have no safety net at all. I have had a few issues myself.. so know what its like..

I totally agree with this.
When i see that 011 number i know im in for kak and that the seller is right 
They have zero remorse for sellers

It is good practice to delete a bid from a 'dodgy buyer' who has a 62% rating - spare yourself the agony
