Johan 7 Posted June 10, 2017 Hi Golden Eagle, There was a billing issue that affected just over 200 users this month. All the accounts affected by received a refund into their bank accounts that should already reflect in their bank accounts by now. We also called all users affected as well as email those affected by this to explain the situation. If your account is still not resolved please contact our customer support team so that we can rectify the problem for you immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
