Why are some posts hidden?

I have just done a posting and it shows "hidden". One cannot see it? Why?

This was mentioned here: 

It is intentional to prevent forum-spam and to avoid users posting links to 3rd party websites which could infect bidorbuy users with viruses/malware. Once our admins validate a domain, we will whitelist it (or we moderate the post and remove the link).
