Urgently looking for my Great-Grandfathers WW1 medals

My Great-Grandfathers set of World War 1 medals were recently sold here on Bidorbuy and my family is desperate to get them back. Seems they were sold via auction/bidding on the 29 March 2015?

I have the name of the seller but would love to find out who the buyer was and what has happened to them?
