festo 10 Posted November 30, 2016 I created a Buyer Protection Claim ticket on 09/11/16 due to only receiving one of the two items I ordered from MagicBuy On the 14/11/16 even though I had not received my item Nomali Moyo Client Support Consultant closed the ticket After notified him that I had not received anything the ticket was reopened unfortunately 3 weeks later after multiple requests to the seller to either send my item or refund me I have still received nothing I feel that BidorBuy needs to more decisive in they way these claims are handled it is not acceptable to have this ticket drag on until the buyer has no option but to give up on it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
