Old Book on SA Covers (Tamsen and Smith)

I have a book on South African First Day Covers called "From Cover to Cover" signed by the authers Emil Tamsen and Park Smith. (On the front page it states "Presentation Copy")

 

Are anyone familar with this book and what would be a fair price to ask for it? It is in virtually mint state condition.

Tamsen was a big guy in creating covers (in Afrikaans ‘n Groot Gees) and I am sure that a book like this should be in great demand.

I have no knowledge on this book , but will do my best to find out and will then let you know. Perhaps our Boer War Expert, Gabriel1 could add some input.

As I am still none the wiser, I have now listed the book here at a zero reserve. I hope it finds a good home as I am not a stamp collector ...
