BoBpay Account-How long after the buyer pays is the money available for transfer

How long after the buyer pays is the money available for transfer to one's own bank account. I was under the impression that it was automatic and fairly immediate, but have since found out this is not so. I am monitoring one transaction in particular to try to find out. What procedure is followed by BoB to fascilitate this process after the buyer pays for his goods. Does it require human action.

Nine days and no response?

 

Let me answer from my own experience.

 

You have to request the payout from BidorBuy, after that they can take as long as they want to pay out the money. Sometimes it can be quite quick, unless it's over a weekend or if you are a basic seller, they can wait until the buyer rates the item before paying out the money, however long it takes.

 

And no, you won't get any interest on the money, for the time it's in their account.

The issue was resolved. The buyer had paid but it wasn't available to request a payout. It became available the following day.
