Drop shipper all items listed under one category

This "Drop Shipper" joined in June 2016 and I would like to know why EVERY SINGLE ONE or their 11084 listings are all listed in ONE Category? "HOME DECOR" "DECORATIVE ART" ?

Other sellers spend hours on end ensuring that their items are listed in the correct category and it is quickly brought to their attention if the listing is not in the correct category! What makes this seller different?

It's been a week since I brought this to BoB's attention and it seems to me that nothing has changed regarding this seller to date as ALL items are still listed in ONE category?

Can you give me an update please?
