Issue Not Resolved with Customer Support - Who Can I Escalate the Issue to?

Good day,

 

I have been in contact with bidorbuy's customer support, but my issue has not been professionally dealt with or resolved. Who can I escalate the issue to? Who is currently Operations Manager?

Hi Hein,

 

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service received. I will ask the the Team Leader of the agent that assisted you to contact you tomorrow to try and resolve your issue, as this will be the next step in finding a solution for your issue.

 

Johan Du Toit is the Operations Manager, but protocol is to go through the Team Leader first.
