Seller Will not Ship Item 'Coz of Bidorbuy Non Payment

For 2 weeks now, I have been struggling with a seller and Bidorbuy on an auction I won, which amounted to R6400. The seller will not ship because she unequivocally stated that Bidorbuy did not pay her for the auction as yet. However Bidorbuy stated that they have paid her, which was part of a lump sum payout.

 

What I need from Bidorbuy, and finding it difficult to obtain, is the proof that the auction I won was part of the lump sum payment to the seller. Surely there must be some record of this.

I am going around in circles with Bidorbuy and the seller on this one.

 

The seller is willing to ship the item, but only once she is paid by Bidorbuy.

 

It seems Bidorbuy does not know what to do or how to resolve this issue.

Can anyone help or has any suggestion on how to resolve this matter?

Sounds like BS to me,contact BOB and insist on them sorting this out,the seller has payment proof on her order from you so is well aware payment has been made.

Hi Niren,

 

This is actually very easy to clear up as everything is logged on the system.

 

Your payment to the seller cleared on the 10th of March 2016 and the seller received a payout for all their sales from the 9th of March 2016 on the 18th of March 2016, so your payment was released to the seller. Please contact the Security department for assistance on this.
