It is incredible that we have such a piece of history on this platform. The Shang Dynasty flourished in China over 3000 years ago and the bronze casting they developed was technologically more advanced than any other ancient metal casting technique. These bronze works continued to be produced in the succeeding Zhou period before the technology disapeared from history. The advanced techniques of Shang bronze ware were only replicated again in the 20th century!

I firmly believe that sellers must choose their descriptions more carefully! For example calling something antique or semi-precious stones when th articles are just cheap replicas made of plastic in China
