Admin,this is strange?

Admin could u please check this auction id of mine,217643486

The sale was 1 x R9.00 but the provisional total shows R18.00-NO other items added or anything,its weird,first time i have seen this on the order.

Hi ATA Stamp Centre,

 

When I look at the item in your trades is shows that another item was added to the order. You have also set on your sales page to combine orders from the same buyers that come in within 48 hours of each other.

 

You will see that the same person won the auctions for 217643486 and 217643452 on the same day with both selling for R9-00. So the provisional total will be R18 as at time there would have been a chance for more items to be added to the order on checkout.

 

Checkout for those two items have not been completed and so the system has not been able to apply all the info to the order such as shipping. So the order is still in an incomplete state and that is why it is giving you the provisional total.
