BOBpay payment does not reflect on account statement

Good Day.

 

I received a BOBpay payment on the 25th December at 18:55 for R176. This reflects in my Payments Received section on my BOB console, but it does not reflect on my account statement and has not been offset against my incurred BOB fees. How long do BOBpay payments take to reflect on my statement?

 

I would appreciate any assistance in the matter.

It seems like there was just a bit of a delay,perhaps due to the Christmas weekend? The BOBpay is now reflected in my account statement so the problem has been solved.
