Default Payment Options Not An Option

After a several month work-ation (remodeling my home), I noticed my payment options had reverted back to 'default': BoBPay, BoB EFT, Cash. As an overseas Seller, these options will NOT work for me. Please untick the boxes next to the above and tick 'Other Option' as I cannot seem to do it from my side. Thanks.
