Line Spacing in Q&A and in Template message to buyer

I see that html is no longer permitted in answers to a question, its not really much help to the buyer pasting a link that is not clickable.

 

I answered one or two questions today that had 3/4 parts but the line space I left was ignored and the buyer probably thinks I really have no care in formatting the answer.

Also, line spacing is ignored and the buyer gets a message that looks like it was written by someone to lazy to hit the enter button now and then.
