Please Help, my buyers can't buy.

I've had two buyers that were trying to buy open items last night (Buy Now) that say they were unable to buy for some reason. If you have a look at my questions, you will see the answers I gave. I don't know if there is a system fault or what would be causing this.

 

Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter. It's becoming a problem.

Someone can't just not buy, they will be given an error message or asked to contact bidorbuy. There could be several reasons why, perhaps they have not confirmed their registration via email, or there could be security check in place preventing them from doing so (as examples). They need to contact us so we can investigate. There will always be a reason for this.
