My 1st bad experience - StorminaTcup

I bought 2 rings from StorminaTcup on the 4th of November. Up to today, after numerous emails to Mark Bouwer, I'm yet to receive my order.

I would really appreciate BoB's help on this.

Hi Yvonne

First the post office caused a delay. Then your parcel finally arrived at your local post office and was not collected. Then I had to resend it to you which I did at my own cost in the interest of customer service. And you did receive the rings. I know you were angry but the South African Post Office is who you should have been very angry with.

Really? Been there done that with a different seller, turns out it wasn't sent and it is easy blaming SAPO as there is no way to check.

That may have been true in your experience. But I always send the tracking number and the postal tracking clearly proves that is was sent, was not collected and had to be sent again.
