Responses to ratings do not show

I received a mail that a buyer had responded to my rating and his wording was reflected on the email. However when I looked on "My BidorBuy" my rating on him is repeated as if it is his response.

 

All other replies have the same error.

 

Does anyone else have this problem?

(according to the page where I can see the individual transactions, the reply is:

Buyer replied to the rating, but it does not show on the "ratings" page correctly.

I've noticed that some replies are showing on some profiles while on others it does not. Here's an example of another one that is not showing the replies.
