You can't judge the entire bidorbuy system / all sellers based on one poor experience!?!?!
There have been major issues with regards to parcels being delayed (some by up to 4 months) thanks to the post office strike. Not all parcels have been processed though the distribution hubs yet so perhaps your parcel is still "floating" somewhere in the system. At worst, the SAPO has lost or damaged your parcel, but you cannot blame this on the seller or bidorbuy!
Have faith - most of the sellers are wonderful people and you can pick up great deals (and make many friends) along the way!
Silly example - just because you went through the till at your supermarket and the packer forgot to put one item in the bag, are you going to stay away from that supermarket chain?
Are you referring to this order 7893394? It seems it was affected by the strike. Millions are parcels and letters have been affected by the protracted strike, this has caused untold problems and delays. You need to take this up with the SAPO.
