voldermort 11 Posted November 27, 2014 I can fully understand the rage & frustration following this decision (far too many people are getting away with murder) however does looting & making away with bottles of alcohol & bags of food help in any way? admin 13 Posted November 27, 2014 Seems to be the norm globally that the criminal elements uses sad situations to their own benefit. Don't know if this was shown on the news, never watch tv, but saw this last night on my pc. Not1CentMore 10 Posted November 27, 2014 Right or wrong, the Grand Jury heard all the evidence... not what was 'tossed about' as 'truth' on the streets and reported as 'gospel' by some media outlets. They based their decision on the facts presented to them... written reports, forensics, eye-witness testimony, etc. and rendered a decision that was 'fair and unbiased'. That is the way our system works... rules of law. Perhaps we can all agree that everyone was not pleased with the Grand Jury's decision. Perhaps we can also agree that violence is not the answer to solving any problem. The people who chose to use their disappointment over the decision chose actions that are unacceptable in any civilized society... burning, looting, beating. Nothing is gained from resorting to violence. It only makes any 'bad' situation worse. Ruthie
