Problem to Answer Questions

When I get an e-mail from BOB stating "please answer the following question", I go into My BidorBuy to answer the question but then I get the following message "No matching records found". It shows no new questions but I know that they are there somewhere but I cannot find them?

I think you must go to "All questions and answers " top left on the page you answer the question

If it is a repeat / updated question I have found in the past that it doesn't come up as a red " Buyers Questions to Answer on Open Items" but if you go in to "all questions and answers" as geewhizz says it will be there ! Not sure why that happens but it is easy to miss them when it doesn't come up as highlighted !
