Order completed but seller afterwards refuses to deliver.

I have lately been looking to buy a cellular phone and found what i was looking for, i completed the order and payment. The seller has grown fond of the phone again and refuses to deliver item.

 

Should i demand the item or take a refund? :mad:

The seller, like the buyer, is obligated to the sale. Unless the item is stolen, lost in transit, or something like that, seller must deliver.

 

Going to court is costly, thus I recommend taking a refund, and looking elsewhere.
