Not able to Track Packages online

Hi Folks, can somebody please enlighten me why I cant seem to track my packages on line. Even the call center takes over an hour to answer, if at all ! :sad: Thanks for any info

.Just Beaching. Before when I tracked parcels the ZA was not required . Now if I do not add the ZA it says no such number in the system. So try i.e

PE564786123ZA

I had to call to track parcels sent because once they get to WITSPOS HUB they don't get scanned out when they leave. As TribalTrade said, since Monday i haven't been able to trace parcels properly. One parcel was collected on the 16th of July, it's STILL saying at witspos since the 12th on the post office site and on track my parcel!
