Can anyone help with a value of an old teapot?

HI, I received a collection of old china that was my grandmothers, there is a John Maddock & Sons teapot with a very unusual pattern ( similar to the blue rose, but brown with raised turquoise dots) I have searched everywhere for it, but had no success. Can anyone help with a valuation or information please?

Not the same but similar ,just a rough guide , you can only get what someone is willing to pay , check for fine cracks in porcelain around the handle and spout ,give it a high price and see what happens

The bottom dropped out of the china market a number of years ago and has not fully recovered.

R750 is high but if someone is looking to replace a teapot ,well you never know

I would list it at R250 but then I am not a lover of china.

If it was "Royal Albert" , depending on the pattern, it would sell for R1500-to R3000.

Royal Albert has never seemed to loose it's value and even a plain white teapot can reach R1500
