no help from BOB

I cant get any help from BOB, I haven't used BOB for a few months and when I came back I found that my account was suspended because a debit order returned. I sent a ticket on 1 April to ask for an invoice so that I can pay the outstanding amount, by the 3rd I still haven't received any feedback so I contacted BOB directly and the person I spoke to said they cant help as the ticket has been assigned to someone. I then made an educated guess as to how much I should pay and made a payment and emailed proof through to BOB via another ticket.

Its now 4 days since I submitted the first ticket and no one is getting back to me and no one wants to help me. What do I do?
