Help with affiliate program

I am trying to register as an affiliate and the first thing I am required to do is to accept "Terms and Conditions".

There is no "accept" button to activate, and I cannot get any further.

You automatically get accepted as an affiliate upon initial registration (it's included in our General Terms and Conditions of use).
