Not receiving all email notifications

Hi there guys,

 

I noticed that I'm not receiving all emails concerning sales, orders, payments etc. The problem seems to have started between 10h00 and 15h00.

 

Please let me know if this is an issue on the bidorbuy side or if should I contact my service provider.

Unfortunately we won't be able to re-send the mails. Please log in to your Bidorbuy Selling section and work from the sale management page. We do apologise for this.

Looking at logs, mails are going through. Mails were temporarily differed last night, but should start trickling into your inbox. Please confirm if you are now receiving mails.
