Sorting and viewing own listings

Is there some way we can sort all our own listings?

 

I'm still new to this and have some things that are listed, then there are the unsuccessful listings which I want to re-list.

 

Because I have a shop full of stuff and would like to list the lot I'm worried I going to get confused (pretty easy) and have a whole batch of duplicates.

 

My main problem is that each time I re-list something it appears again in the "unsuccessful" list (duplicated?).

 

Can we sort all our own listings in alphabetical order?

How do those who have 1,000s of listings manage this?
