Tagless 10 Posted September 10, 2013 (edited) I have a buyer who has rated me negatively saying the item is not the same as advertised, which is a lie, we sent the correct item and they never said anything or contacted me. now its over 3 months later and they rate me, i cant refund someone after 3 months of wearing and using something, what recourse can i take on this as it is not fair after all this time.
